GoogleI could not praise the whole team at Cross Keys enough. The words that spring to mind are professional, honest, caring with a high level of integrity. Second to none with their communication and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. It is a shame that not all estate and letting agents are like this. Thank you 😀 …
Thank you so much for you kind words, it really does mean a lot to the whole team

GoogleWe recently sold a property we were also letting through Crosskeys. Craig, Katherine and Lynne were excellent in keeping us up to date with rents and looking after the property while it was being rented. We’d also like to thank Jack, Jo, Fiona, Lily and Asha for handling the sale. A sale was agreed within the first couple of weeks. We were kept fully informed throughout the whole process. We would definitely recommend Crosskeys as an Estate Agent and a Lettings agency.

GoogleFiona and Asha were amazing! We went to view the property and we got a phone call 2 hours later to say our mortgage offer had been accepted! They kept us updated at every step of the way and chased people when we needed things chasing! As first time buyers we were anxious about the process but they definitely helped me and my partner with this and reassured us at every step of the way! I would recommend both Asha and Fiona for their amazing services and have nothing but good words to say about them! Thank you for making this process enjoyable

GoogleThe entire team at this office has a wonderfully warm, family-like atmosphere that immediately makes you feel welcome and well cared for. Every question is answered professionally and thoroughly, and you can rely 100 % on Amy Coubrough and Katherine Hart. We came from Germany, and they patiently explained every detail and took plenty of time for us. From the first viewing to the signing of the tenancy agreement, everything was handled smoothly and with great care. Whether you are coming from abroad or within the UK, my family and I would recommend this agency to everyone. Many thanks to the whole team, and especially to Amy and Katherine, for helping us find our dream home so effortlessly!
Thank you so much for your kind words Dominik! We are all so delighted that you are soon to become tenants in one of our managed properties! We look forward to seeing you all soon when you pick up the keys

GoogleI had a great experience with Cross Keys Estates. As someone moving to the UK from abroad, I was unfamiliar with the rental process and the general system here, but the team was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout. From the beginning, everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. They guided me through each step with clear communication and were always quick to respond to any questions I had. What stood out most was how welcoming and patient they were, making sure I felt comfortable and well-informed. Thanks to their support, settling into my new apartment and adjusting to life in the UK was much easier than I expected. I’m really grateful for their excellent service and would highly recommend them to anyone, especially those new to the UK and looking for a trustworthy and professional letting agency.
