The entire team at this office has a wonderfully warm, family-like atmosphere that immediately makes you feel welcome and well cared for. Every question is answered professionally and thoroughly, and you can rely 100 % on Amy Coubrough and Katherine Hart. We came from Germany, and they patiently explained every detail and took plenty of time for us. From the first viewing to the signing of the tenancy agreement, everything was handled smoothly and with great care. My wife and I have used Crosskeys for 13 years having bought, sold, and let property through them. Being a relatively small agency, they offer a first class and personal service that larger chains would struggle to provide. The Directors Jack and Craig have an excellent working knowledge of the local property market in Plymouth and Jack has given up his time to advise us regarding both buying and selling in the city. We recently sold our property in Holly Park. The sale took longer than expected but Fiona Hardie, the Senior Property Consultant at Crosskeys, kept everything on track. She worked hard in the background to ensure that the solicitors involved maintained effective communication and that deadlines were met. I would like to say a huge thank you to the whole team at Cross Keys. Without them I can honestly say it wouldn't have been possible to move into my dream home. Cross keys handled both the sale of my previous property and the purchase of my new dream home. I would like to mention two fabulous young ladys Jo Dawson Lavender and Fiona Hardy as without them the whole process wouldn't have been possible! Great estate agents and priced much lower than competitors, would not hesitate to use them again. The marketing of my property was absolutely amazingly done and perfectly presented, this generated a huge amount of interest within the first few days of it going on the market. The photos and video tour taken by the agent were professionals done and gave potential buyers a realistic view on how the property looks. The team are super professional, Jon was extremely flexible and made sure everything was done to the highest standards! Fiona was able to manage the sale progress and talk me through the whole process advising me all the way. The viewings that took place were all done on time and feedback was given to me promptly, either the same day or first thing in the morning. Everything was easily managed through cross keys property portfolio website. My property sold over the asking price and within days of going on the market, I would 100% use this 5 star estate agent again and also recommend anyone to do the same!
