Lilly Bishop is very professional and knowlegeable about all the properties she has shown us so far in our house buying search. She is very polite and calm. We initially was purchasing a house through Cross Keys and when the sale of our property fell through, and our agents had been very unhelpful throughout the process, we changed to Cross Keys. We went from being very stressed and having to push for any news or developments to having people who were on the phone to take our calls. Fiona Hardie was constantly available and on the ball with where our sale/ purchase should be. I can't recommend Cross Keys enough. Everyone we spoke to was lovely, friendly and helpful. Thanks particularly to Fiona for all her hard work and understanding and Jack and Asha too, though all the team were helpful and knowledgeable. The sales team at cross keys are absolutely fantastic. I consider myself an anxious person, especially when it comes to something as personal as my home but cross keys really looked after our sale. Asha is a really great estate agent, she was the glue that kept our chain together and the sale would (as well as our purchase) would have never happened if it wasn’t for her chasing and keeping all the agents up to date as-well as myself. Fiona was also fantastic at finding us our buyer and conducting the viewings in a very professional manner. I would like to express how incredibly grateful we are to Cross Keys for all your help and support throughout the whole sale process of our parents’ house. I initially met Jack at the house to discuss the listing, and it was lovely to chat to him about the area, which he knew. Jack also took time to listen to me, and was really sensitive to the emotional aspect of the sale - this was very much appreciated. Everyone we have spoken with has been friendly and helpful, but it is Fiona Hardie, our agent, that we want to thank the most. Throughout this whole (extremely stressful) journey, when at times we encountered huge obstacles, Fiona has been absolutely fantastic. Our solicitors were less than helpful, and Fiona has spent so much time chasing and relaying information to us, so that we were kept informed, and trying so hard to find solutions to our house issues.
