FacebookJack from Cross Keys was recommended as the agent to sell our house. Right from the start he was helpful and honest about things that needed doing before listing and what we could realistically expect to achieve and no pressure from him. Within days Cross Keys sold the house! Then due to circumstances beyond our control we lost the buyer but Cross Keys didn’t panic and sold it again achieving a much better offer! Throughout the process Jack and his team kept us informed and went the extra mile when the process got a bit fraught and made sure things stayed in place for completion. Its never easy selling and buying a house, but with the right agent it’s less stressful and I can honestly say that Jack and Cross Keys were the ‘right’ choice :-)

GoogleContractors they used quoted for a new bathroom when it was a leaky shower hose and a dodgy shower seal. Amongst other things. Won't be using again.

GoogleDo not use these avoid at all cost! They are nothing but useless I’m at a property that is manage by them and every time I report a problem only minor things gets sorted I have got my kitchen sides splitting and going mouldy I have bricks falling off my back garden walls and have tiles in the bathroom crack and broken nothing being done about these. I have a baby on the way and they think this is acceptable to bring a child into I will never use these again!
