My property Manager George has been excellent in terms of pro-actively sorting out a serious drainage problem at the flat that I own, Co-ordinating and communicating with myself, the tenant, First Port and a loss adjuster as this matter has had to go to insurance. The process is still continuing and George is still working on this for me and I have the confidence to feel that he will bring it to a satisfactory conclusion soon.

I recently used Chase Buchanan to sell a property and they made the whole experience extremely easy. Amanda came and did the initial viewing and valuation, very professional and knowledgeable. I then dealt with Victoria and Chloe who too were excellent. Good communication and very helpful. The property sold within a few weeks and we exchanged and completed in around 12 weeks. Overall a very good experience and will definitely use again.

I’ve been very impressed by the team at Chase Buchanan, especially Anna and Adele. Within 1 week they secured 7 offers on my house, one of which was £15,000 over asking price. The conveyancing process was challenging due to a restriction on the title deeds and some stringent mortgage conditions, but Adele went above and beyond to get the sale over the line. I would highly recommend!

GoogleScott is extremely friendly and personable. He did a wonderful job of photographing the house and I enjoyed his diligent and professional approach. I had no concerns giving him keys and he went above and beyond when he kindly offered to take in my Hello Fresh delivery and unpack into the fridge while I was away. Only minor negative was, rather than supply hardcopies of the seller pack, I had to print at home myself but Scott did make the time to come over and collect. We were lucky in that we received an acceptable offer within the first week of listing, fingers crossed all goes well now to completion!

Chase Buchanan recently purchase Fidelis in Bath. An estate agent I used back since 2015 with great pleasure.Fidelis was well run, with excellent staff.Recently they have been taken over by Chase Buchanan of the Campions group.I used their let only service recently to relet my property, and have been astounded by their incompetence.It is frankly dangerous to landlords.Chase Buchanan have to the date of this review not provided IDs for the tenants they have moved into my property, nor the inventory.This makes it impossible for me to:1. claim against any future damage as it cannot be demonstrated2. claim against any person as they cannot be identified.Furthermore, I cannot now demonstrate the tenants have right to rent in the UK as Chase Buchanan are refusing to provide documents from the tenants that identify them.This was after taking 3 months to relet the central bath property.I urge fellow landlords to look elsewhere following this merger.

We have received an outstanding service when renting a property in the Richmond area through Pippa & the team.The real differentiating factor (compared to other lettings agents) is that from start to finish everything that we have agreed on have been respected throughout the whole renting process (removal of items from the property, cleaning standards, timeline, etc.). They have also been really responsive!They really do care about all of the tenants' needs which makes the service exceptional as a whole! Thank you very much for the great renting experience. GoogleHad a great experience buying a property with Chase Buchanan. Scott was very proactive and always on hand for any questions. Made it a smooth process for us as buyers and was clearly a good estate agent for the sellers too. Great communication throughout. I am now selling my property with CB after being impressed during our purchase and so far so good. The marketing photos and 3d view were great and the whole process to date has been quick and I have been kept informed throughout by both Scott and Stephen. Stephen Southcott was with us every step of the way, including tracking down the leaseholder so we could complete the sale. We can't thank him enough. GoogleScott and the team have been awesome from the start. Found us a buyer within a week. Marketed out home with amazing photos and 3D walkabout technology. Great communication (they always answer the phone and get back to you) throughout the sale and we cannot stress how trusting they have made us feel. We have experiences some shocking estate agents over the last few months but Chase Buchanan are definitely NOT that. They are professional and will really make you feel like part of the whole process. Highly recommended.
