It has been a smooth and pleasant experience to rent out our apartment with Chase Buchanan Lettings. Dominick helped to get the process to start, and Kate provided strong and responsive support from the start to securing tenancy. It was followed by equally high standard support work from Kena who kept us updated throughout the progression period to after tenants move-in. Eve from the property management team took over the responsibilities of facilitating communications between tenants and us, as well as help and support to resolve any issues reported from tenants during the initial move-in period. Over the entire rent-out process, the instructions and advices from the entire letting team have been clear, comprehensive and yet straightforward to follow. It has made what could have been a more complex process much easier. We have been kept informed throughout, and feel well supported. I’d highly recommend Chase Buchanan Lettings team for their professionalism, efficiency and customer care efforts.

I was having a bad experience with another estate agent and approached Chase Buchanan to sell my property. Immediately, I had many viewings and soon after the offers came too. I dealt with an agent called Adele Basma, who was always available to take my calls and answer my emails. I feel Chase Buchanan has sales expertise and knowledgeable staff who go the extra mile. I would strongly recommend them if you're selling or buying a property, and especially Adele Basma, she was a super star and worked incredibly hard, on my behalf.

GoogleStephen was a huge help in getting us across the line in our sale. Our buyers were the most unbearable awful people who threatened to pull out hours before we'd agree to exchange as we needed to extend our completion date by 4 days (change a Monday to a Friday). Thankfully he negotiated with them to agree to exchange and put up with the buyers horrendous mother who tried to jeopardize the sale for us and lose us thousands as a result.

I’ve been using Chase Buchanan to Manage two properties for me for the last year and I’ve been very pleased with the services. I had been self managing my properties for the last ten years but after a horrible and stressful experience with a tenant who stopped paying their rent and with all the new legislation it has been such a relief to turn over the management to a dedicated team with all the right experience and qualifications. Although additional fees have been offset by Chase getting a good rental income on both properties and the money spent has been well worth it for peace of mind.

The team at Chase Buchanan have been superb, particularly Anna and Adele. Within 1 week of being on the market they secured 7 offers between £25,000 under asking price and £15,000 over. I’ve just exchanged at £15k over asking price. It was a complicated sale due to a private road, a restriction on the property deeds and some very specific mortgage conditions but the team at Chase Buchanan pulled out all the stops and got the sale over the line. I’m very happy and would definitely use Chase Buchanan again!
