Dear Joanne, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review although I'm a little confused as to why you left 1 star as you left your property in January 2018. Would you please email or contact me by phone to discuss any issues you have as I was under the impression that everything was in order when you left. Kind regards Mark Ward

Dear Anonymous. Thank you for taking the time to leave a rating on my website. I'm sorry that you feel we only deserve 1 star. I would very much like the opportunity to find out why you have left this rating as you did not write a review. You can reach me on my office number 01752 668877. Our reviews are very important to us and I would hope that I could resolve any issue you may have. Kind regards Mark Ward
