Not at all happy with the service and they charge more than other agents for referencing process. Lacks communication and not good at admin level work.

Having looked into further with the team I understand that what you were requesting is an additional service and your Landlord had not selected this. We aim to be transparent throughout the business and all of our fees are outlined very clearly on all property adverts and also discussed before any payments are taken.
