Kelly was fantastic throughout my move and the transaction of the property. Throughout the process Kelly was brilliant, and went above and beyond to organise and sort everything help me move into my current property (even organising a key collection from her home, which allowed me to collect the key more effectively). Throughout the process, Kelly was was efficient and effective in her communication and professional throughout the whole process, ensuring everything was done promptly. I would highly recommend Kelly as an estate agent for any seller or buyer and I just wanted to say thank you for your hard work, which allowed the process to a lot smoother, as the move was a difficult transition. Our Sharman Quinney Mortgage Advisor is the worst, she has no integrity thinks it’s OK to lie to clients for months saying that a mortgage has been applied for when it hasn’t. When asked for information about our mortgage application months later when we still haven’t heard from the mortgage company she wouldn’t give it to us and takes the typically tactile approach of telephoning us instead of responding in writing so her incompetence isn’t traceable in writing. Absolutely incapable of aligning client expectations accordingly, not proactive at all, lacking in customer service skills and evidently incompetent. We’ve been told by her ‘I’m really sorry it’s completely my fault that your mortgage application wasn’t submitted’ but the woman clearly couldn’t give a toss about the impact this has on us as a client. It doesn’t bode well that we’ve not been offered someone more senior to handle this matter and I really believe she’s just hiding her own mistakes from management. No compensation offered at all! Sharman Quinney Management please put some transparent information on your website about what clients are meant to do in these situations as you seem to have forgotten you work for your clients and it really comes across that your more invested in your relationships with your mortgage providers who pay you a commission.

I found all of the staff easy to get along with and they also helped me with some paperwork to send off to the solicitors as I did not have access to a printer as I was visiting from Overseas a lot. From the junior to senior staff and other departments, whoever I spoke to made sure I was helped. The office I thought was proactive and listened to my ideas and thoughts and were open to working ideas. Overall my contact and experience was excellent and although all were excellent I would like to point out that one person in particular on their day off did text me when I had some questions. So thanks Rhys however please forgive me if your name is. It spelt correctly. Five stars all round folks and have a lovely Christmas and well deserved break. Lee clark.

Just completed on our first house with Lorraine Fox from Sharman Quinney & Junior Taylor both were exceptional considering all the hoops we had to jump through. Told Lorraine what we was looking for and on the day she showed us 3 houses and the last 1 was it, she kept in touch throughout the process. Junior stuck with us through the challenges of securing a mortgage and teething problems with surveyors but we got there in the end. Thank you

Tried to rent a flat with them

Tried to rent a flat with them. Explained everything regarding my addresses and they said it’s going to be okay. 10 days later they turn around and say your application has been denied and won’t send my holding fee back and claim I lied on the application. The agents rush applications and the whole system is looking to fail your application so they keep the holding fee. Don’t go with them they will cheat you. Not helpful and treat you like a machine with no feelings. Even out the phone down on me when I request to speak to a manager to get a better explanation. Very sad.

Unethical Practices.

Tried to buy a house with these guys. They pulled every dodgy trick in the book. After my offer was accepted. They told me it was a vital part of the process that I drive to their office in Peterborough to attend an in person meeting.This meeting had nothing to do with my purchase, instead they tried to pressure me into buying various products - including life insurance. Not something I need, and certainly not something I'd buy from an estate agent. That was a 2 Hour round trip to have someone attempt to sell me financial products I didn't ask for, and clearly didn't need. They clearly thought that just because I'm a first time buyer - that I was born yesterday. Everything they do takes weeks. Communication was awful, my main point of contact left the business - but I wasn't told, leaving me completely in the dark. They didn't even put an out office on. I was fully prepared with a deposit and mortgage offer, and had no chain it should have been a simple purchase. In the end it was almost 6 months between me having an offer accepted and getting the keys.
