Terrible

Terrible, terrible agent and services. The branch manager asked me to pay twice a re-let cost, without checking if I had paid already. I strongly believe they never mentioned any of my issues and proposals regarding my tenancy to the landlord. Even he admitted he had no idea. Never again with them. You think I'm wrong? Challenge me. I've got all the emails to prove what I'm saying.

They won't let you view a property…

They won't let you view a property unless you 'go in and give us your details' - they point blank refused to allow me to see a property because I wouldn't go in to give my personal information away because of so called 'due diligence' for the seller. I haven't even seen the property yet!!!! How diligent is refusing a viewing for a seller!? Time wasters.

They use sales tactics that force you to use their own mortgage advisor so they can make a commission. They said the vendor wants us to go through the same company even though I have already seen a mortgage advisor and been approved. They said we can't continue unless you see our mortgage advisor which was very unfair, Other estate agents use this tactic which is wrong.
