GoogleWe bought a house via rosedale properties last year and as most purchases go nothing was straightforward. Rosedale, however, were absolutely fantastic. Sharon at rosedale worked extremely hard to get all the relevant paperwork. From chasing solicitors, land registry and solar panel paperwork and all whilst she was unwell. We never felt passed off and they communicated very well between us and the vendors. The hard work put in by rosedale undeniably made the process easier and we were very grateful. When we choose to sell, rosedale would definitely be at the top of our list.
