Rosedale were brillant from start to finish of my moving journey. Emelia with my valuation, it was spot on. Helen and Aidan were amazing at communicating and keeping me updated. Nothing was too much trouble. Sharon from Market Deeping Branch was also really helpful. I sold and brought from Rosedale, everyone was very professional, friendly and very helpful. I would definately recommend them. They made what can be a stressful process, go well. Thank you.

Firstly, she arranged for me to view a few houses all in the same day- she presented me with properties within my budget range, and properties which were ready to move in as well as those that would need some TLC, allowing me to come to a clear decision. Rosendale/Georgia were supportive throughout the buying process, keeping me informed with every step and notifying me when there might have been any issues. This was helpful in completing my property purchase within 2.5 months from when I gave my offer!
They have also continued to be helpful post my purchase, where whenever I have any questions about the property they are happy to contact the original owners and provide me with some answers.

GoogleMe and my partner recently purchased our first home from Rosedale and I wanted to thank Amelia and Aiden for all of their support throughout this process. All of our queries were answered promptly and we were given constant update so that we knew what was going on with our purchase.
I wanted to personally thank Aiden for the amount of effort he put into ensuring we were happy with the property which included staying out of hours to view the property with us, answering all of our questions and providing advice. Aiden made us feel very welcome from the beginning and has provided us with an exceptional service. He is definitely an asset to the company.
We are further thankful that we were given details of a Morgage Advisor and Solicitors to consider as this made our process a lot easier. I also would like to thank Anton our Mortgage Advisor, although he does not work for Rosedale he work closely with them. Anton dealt with all of our issues promptly and made this process very stress free!

GoogleHad a good experience in the beginning. Emelia, Helen and Rebecca were great throughout shame that can’t be said for James. We ultimately made the decision for our own reasons to leave Rosedale and the way I was spoken to by James upon wanting to leave was absolutely disgusting. Very unprofessional. GoogleWithin 1 week of putting our house on the market Rosedale had secured an over asking price offer. Likewise, they helped us secure our forever family home. The sale of our property became quite complicated and we were unfortunate that within the chain two of the solicitors involved were unhelpful, to say the least. However the branch manager Sharon took personal ownership of our sale and purchase, ensuring the chain stayed on the wheels. Moving house is perhaps one of the most stressful things you can do but I always felt reassured after having spoken to Sharon or a member of her team. Special thanks to Helen also, for all her help. When I went into branch to swap keys, the team were genuinely so happy for us and it was lovely to meet the ladies in person. We have no intention of ever moving again but we would be pleased to recommend Rosedale to anyone.

Selling a home that is loved can be very stressful. Emotions run high, so it was good to have a company who understood that. We finally completed and was so relieved and happy.

GoogleBeing a couple who are vunerable and wanting to move asap, viewings or stepping into someone else's home can be quiet daunting atm. However, Rosedale do online video tours for almost all their properties, which really helps someone like us who are anxious during this time. The branch overall have an outstanding understanding & empathy towards people with any sort of extra needs, which I think is really important to us.
Jess has been amazing with us, she has always been friendly and proffesional, moreso, she has followed all the rules during & after the pandemic to keep everyone safe. She also gives us space to view the house at our own pace which really gives you time to take it all in.
Becky has now moved to the Stamford branch, but she was always keeping us in the loop with any new houses that have come on.
Helen, Gemma & Paul are also very helpful in giving us the finer details. I haven't met Ben yet, but he does alot of the video tours and I think the detail and information he covers in them are super helpful!
Sharon who is actually the manager of this lovely lot, is extreamly kind and approachable should we ever need anything. Nothing has ever been too much trouble :)
