Sharon kept the party together through unbelievably difficult times in a purchase that took a year to complete. Thanks to her professionalism and excellent people skills both sides were kept informed and appraised of the procedural issues. Often requiring her to also act as intermediary between solicitors. GoogleWhat can I say? Paul was lovely when he came out to start the marketing process, as was the gentleman who attended to take the video and pictures. Helen the Administrator is charming and bubbly, always friendly and reassuring.
The jewel in the crown is Sharon, the manager who continually went over and above to aid in what has been the most difficult related sale and purchase that could ever be dreamt up. For just over a year, I have experienced every single obstacle you could imagine to hinder both selling my property and purchasing another...but Sharon has shown patience, persistence and outstanding loyalty in my case and has gone more than the extra mile - and her efforts have finally paid off and I am now completing on both properties.

GoogleRosedale are good property agents. In particular, Gemma was my property consultant following the offer I placed on one of Rosedale properties. My existing sale was very complex, and throughout the process I found Gemma to be responsive, and extremely helpful through some challenging exchanges with the sellers for my property purchase - and kept both our interests at heart. I always found Gemma to be courteous and calm in all my exchanges with her, even though I appreciate she may have been getting a lot of pressure from the chain above. I feel Gemma is a great asset to Rosedale and has great customer service skills. She is a great negotiator and really helped to secure my purchase, regularly updating me and the rest of the chain with current status, and going over and above to chase up on my sale for a property she was not managing. Despite the fact I placed the offer on the property in June, she managed to ensure the sale progressed to a satisfactory conclusion in April. Thank you for all your help.

GoogleRosedale staff were excellent, friendly and very helpful, Only thing that let them down was not letting me know that they had two offices in Bourne on the day i went to sign my Tenancy, so i arrived slightly late anyway after the drive out to Bourne (taking into account that they have 2 offices in Peterborough) I struggled to find somewhere to Park, but found there offices easily on the main high street, only to be told that i then had to get across the road and follow pathway through an alley way to find the rental office hiding out of the way, and then realising that the Car park i passed on the way into Bourne was actually the one wanted to get to the letting office. So maybe a little more direction may good for future tenants. Other than i still say they are definitely the best and friendliest Estate agents that I have ever dealt with. Well done guys keep up the brilliant work.

GoogleToday is completion day, and my partner an I couldn't be happier. Having had dealings with other estate agents in the past I can confirm that Rosedale not only make you feel like you're welcome and nothing is too much trouble, but their communication is superb which is key. Both myself and friends have had bad experiences with other agents in the past and I'm happy the seller of the property we've just purchased chose to use Rosedale - it made the often painful process of buying a property that much more simple to digest.
I can't comment from a sellers perspective, but if our experience as buyers is any indication you can do SOOOO much worse with other agents. I would definitely consider using them in the future.

GoogleOne hears many horror stories about dodgy, dishonest Property Agents. People end up under a lot of stress, inconvenience and seriously out of pocket, if they do not choose their Agent carefuly.
Rest assured, then, that Rosedale are definitely the right choice. I can not praise Lana and Paul enough for their help in selling our house and securing the new one. They are highly professional and know their craft very well, listen to the customer and communicate their point across brilliantly, providing bespoke and high quality service every step along the way. You don't have to agree with everything they say but I can assure you that whatever they do or say they have got your best interest in their minds.
You, as a seller, are in total control of the whole process, their insight and advice are just that - you decide, whether you act upon it or not, I have never ever been pushed or pressured into doing anything.

GoogleA house sale by an Executor poses particular challenges and Rosedale Properties did well to achieve a successful outcome.
The sales information about the property was excellent. The photographs presented the property at its best and the description matched what had been discussed. The printed material and online presentation resulted in many viewings and offers.
I was particularly impressed by the way I was kept informed of progress.
Unfortunately, the first offer accepted did not proceed to a sale and at this stage I should have liked to re- advertise the property.
The sale of the property was achieved by contacting previously interested buyers and proceeding with one of them. The Estate Agent worked very hard liaising between all parties involved to achieve completion of the sale.
Everyone at Rosedale's was friendly and helpful.
The fees were certainly fair in the current market.
I don't have any hesitation in recommending this Estate Agent.

Sadly the sale of the property collapsed due to vendor taking the house off the market. We had several days of uncertainty and a couple of different reason for it given to us. After contacting Rosedale for confirmation/status update, I didn’t and still haven’t heard anything back. Slightly annoying as the service to get the property sold was pleasant but the after sales care hasn’t been particularly good.
