Rosedale is a great place for selling and buying property very much recommend them to anyone. Emilia, Gemma,Helen, and the rest of the team have been great. Through out updating us on viewings and the valuations. They are very much approachable people funny and caring and listening to your needs to get property on market and to be sold it seems you have another family. I have put my sisters flat on here and no regrets about it can’t praise them enough well done keep it up 5 stars from me and my sister and brother in law.

When we decided to sell our home and more to our ‘ for ever home ‘ in Scotland we put our trust with an estate agent which nearly took our dream home away. Until we put our trust with Rosedale who went beyond expectations to put our sale back on track. Their response to help us buy our dream home was overwhelming from taken the initial pictures of our home, the video, the speed of advertising our home again and arranging viewing within days. We had put our trust in Rosedale as they did all the hard work to advertise our home to selling it within a few days. We can not thank them enough for all there hard work and efforts to keep the communications on track preventing our ‘ chain’ from breaking. We have now starting a new chapter in our lives in our forever home .., We would fully recommend Rosedale to sell your home to everyone who wants trust and comment and a stressful service. Well what can I say but amazing work. They sold my house within 4 days. The marketing was superb, online presence spot on and overall professionalism top notch. James, Emelia and the whole team at P'boro did a great job and I can't thank them enough. Stamford branch also sold my partners house within a couple of weeks. Right when house sales became a bit stagnant also, so truly great work. We will be recommending Rosedale to everyone we can. We can't thank them enough for making both our house sales so easy.

Applied for the house and been informed that there is other few applicants.Not a problem.But nobody informed nor through email,sms or even that platform they use( through which u apply for the property),not to mention there was no call back to inform that property was let to someone else.So for days u stuck in stalemate position and wasted time on waiting for simple answer so u can carry one with ur search.Staff is polite tho but everything else is not so good.
