GoogleI was looking for a rental property after a bad experience in my current property. I called Rosedale and spoke with Jordan who was absolutely amazing. He listened to my whilst I explained my situation and when I told him what I needed he was only too happy to try and help. Over the next couple of weeks, Jordan communicated with me and kept me updated around what was happening regarding my case. I think Jordan has a great manner and is very polite and professional. To add further, when Jordan wasn't available to talk to and I had to speak to the other team members, they were all friendly and kind.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleRosedale just sold our property, when it went on market had tenants in who were totally aware of us selling etc. Rosedale were very professional and considerate of the tenant, giving plenty of notice and were informative and inclusive with us so we could let the tenant be aware at all times. The tenant then found another place on their own terms so then the house was empty then for viewings. Sold just before lockdown and we were kept informed the whole time. All the team at the Peterborough branch were great very friendly and helpful and professional. Would highly recommend either with it without a tenant.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleI have been extremely pleased with the service from the Rosedale team .I have been kept in touch with everything happening during the course of the sale, and any hiccup along the way was dealt with immediately. Selling property can be a traumatic experience, but Rosedale dealt with everything very professionally. I would certainly recommend Rosedale to anyone wishing to sell their property.

GoogleBrilliant estate agents! So so glad I cancelled on purplebricks as they were absolutely useless! They had so so much patience as I weren’t the smartest ! They took there time to explain things when they didn’t even have to about other things! All the agents were proper friendly! They never got arsey or abrupt at any point! GoogleAmazing service from Paul coming out to value the property though to completion. Lana, Helen and Gemma have all been amazing. Communication via email and phone. Nothing has been too much trouble. Even though the buyers solicitors were extremely rude the ladies did not give up and remained professional. Though there were many rocky parts of the sale Rosedale always went the extra mile to ensure we got moving back on the right track as quickly as possible. They gave everything 100%. Thank you all. Have recommended you and will continue to do so. Again thank you for your support and excellent service.

GoogleWe have just purchased our very first home together and after experiencing another Estate Agents strange tactics in selling houses and pushy nature, we came across this house and the lovely guys and girls at Rosedale Properties in Peterborough. From the initial offer process, through the work that needed to be completed on the house and then to exchange and completion, we have found them all to be very friendly and responsive when us newbies to this house buying malarkey needed information or things doing. GoogleDo not use this company my family have had dealings with both lettings and sales of through business lettings are poor and incompetent and sales buy regarding poyential completions etc. Pure incompetence The business does not communicate adequately with clients or provide the service paid and expected we as a family have rented one property which ended up a shambles with Rosedales taking no ownership and currently have two sales going through their incompetence astounds

GoogleI have recently sold a property through Rosedale's. It has not been the most straightforward with a tenanted property during Covid. The team have been amazing and kept me in the loop throughout without me having to chase. If there has been anything that has needed resolving they have been straight on it and come back to me within 30 minutes. I cannot thank them or rate them highly enough.

GoogleDue to illness my mum needed to sell her much loved home. Rosedale’s staff were very approachable, they were friendly and professional. Unfortunately during the process our mum passed away, they respected our decision to wait even though they had buyers lined up and didn’t bother us through this terrible time, even sending a condolence card. When we were ready we contacted them and they sold the house very quickly. I would definitely recommend Rosedale’s.
