FacebookWe have rented through Northwood for 5 years now in the same property. Unfortunately we have had a lot of issues (just general wear and tare) in the property. Northwood are always prompt at contacting the landlord and chasing up contractors. They were contactable throughout the lockdowns which really helped as we had ongoing boiler issues. We have a great relationship with both Northwood and our landlord. The agents are always polite and prompt. Never had any faults with inspections, if you look after a house the looks after you. Thank you!

Hi everyone first of all take my Advise before you can take any property of them.They only cares about your money, watch out for being tricked, make everything to record, don't pay a deposit because they not paying back, be careful cause they charge you what ever you cannot thing , they employee rude and not helpfully, the office manager trying to trick you, they can lie to your face, and the most property settled down unassuming and the all condition awful, and office workers cheaters and they words are unbelievable etc...they not want to give me back my deposit and we are going to a court if the ombudsman cannot do for something against them....if you want more info just call me 07494050377 Andy

We wanted a quick sale and we were impressed with the knowledge and honesty of Christopher Brocklebank, so we decided to go with Northwood, over and above other options. Christopher found a couple of purchasers relatively quickly for only a little under what we were asking. From being a bit of a cynic when it comes to estate agents fees, we were more than happy with Christopher and the value for money, given he went the extra mile in helping with the completion. cannot fault the service Chloe and Keith Jennings

Googlei went in to ask if they have one bedroom flat,The man was very rude the first thing he said it is called internet go online and check our list.also was too worried about his tobacco then dealing with customer in polite manner, doesn't matter what race or colour.

GoogleToo quick to threaten tenant with eviction before investigating said complaints to even be true. Takes too long to have repairs carried out, if done at all. No emergency contact details for out of hours. Expects the tenant to trust their word even if it differs from terms of contract.

We were impressed with the presentation of our property especially the photography by Chris. We were kept informed as to the progress of the sale of the house and bringing the sale to a successful conclusion. We always had a warm friendly reception which made the whole process easier. It was a far better experience than in dealing with other larger high street estate agents in the sale and purchase of other property that we experienced recently.
