We are sorry to hear of your experience. From our records based on the name listed on your review, it looks like you may have been atempting to purchase the two bedroom apartment in Fletton. Having reviewed the notes on our file for that particular sale, we can see that you decided to withdraw from the purchase due to the vendor's delay in sourcing a property for their onward purchase. We can only apologise if the communication from our Sales Progression Dept was not to the level you expected however our file notes do show that we kept you updated throughout the process. With regards to your Insurance policy, since we have no involvment in the setting up of these, you will need to cancel this directly.

GoogleService was terrible Numerous times they wouldn’t respond to enquiries. I would have to inform them of issues occurring within the chain as they were unaware (yet this is what you pay the estate agents for!). completion of house sale took 7 months! I did not feel they had my best interest even though I was their client and they did not meet my needs for completion. When my concerns were voiced they were quick to blame the current pandemic for all issues and take no responsibility but are soon quick to respond when they want paying!! If you want a good service I would recommend going else whereNegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value
