We recently rented a property with Century 21, I could not be more impressed with Ben and Nicole, both have gone out of there way to assist our move at such a stressful time. All emails / phone calls answered and dealt with virtually immediately. We had a minor issue with the cooker hood and shower and a tradesman was knocking at the door within an HOUR! I would highly recommend using them....

It's hugely upsetting to see a review like this of our office. We are living in unprecedented times and for the safety of our staff, we do still have members of the team working from home. We are having some technical issues that have been reported between our BT line and staff mobiles which I believe could be the case here. However, I myself monitor all missed calls through our 'Out of Office' call log and I am surprised to hear that this hasn't been picked up if you tried on numerous occasions. I completely appreciate that you may not wish to use our services further, but if you could please email me; bensymonds@century21uk.co.uk with your contact number as I would like to look into these calls and why they were missed. If this is the case, then I can only apologise for this as it's not something that happens within our office. Best of luck with your move!

I cannot say that I'm surprised you've now left us a review also. I am not going to share the details of our dispute online, as I don't feel it's necessary. All I will say, is that we deal with hundreds of Landlord's on a daily basis, most of which have been with us for many years and can proudly say that we've got a great relationship with all of them, as you can see by our 200+ stellar reviews. It is very frustrating to have this review left on our page, when I know that it's completely unfair and untrue.
However, everyone is entitled to their own opinion and I have to respect that. I am not going to turn this into a 'public' disagreement, so I shall leave this here, but please do not contact our office again as we shall not be engaging with any further business involving yourself or any of your rental properties.
