GooglePoor and unpleasant service, logged a fault over week none bothered to even look in to it or even arrange to get fixed, really frustrating having to chase when my rent is paid on time there never had to chase for it. Will be looking else where with a different company now.

allAgentsPurchase side - very slow
Purchase side - very slow with any documents need , but finally completed. Letting side- very misleading t&c where Belvoir will dont mention any extra charges, then once you sign agreement somehow charges “arrive”. Two stars are for Purchase side, Zero for letting side. Will be reported to ARLA and Property Ombudsman.

GoogleImpolite behaviour of one of their agents. While I was viewing the property I was interested in, she seemed very impatient and disinterested to answer some questions I had or to show me around. Overall quite bad service.

GoogleWe are very pleased to be looked after Belvoir property management, they are very good on communicating with tenants and responding to questions, concerns and emails promptly. Maintenance service is great, any issues are sorted straight away.

GoogleIts quite good agency,however, we are still trying to figure out what is the colour for our walls in the property,as neither the lettings agency nor the contractors know what has been used on the walls. This review will be updated once we change the property,as want to see if our deposit will be stripped off because of this.
