This will be my first time signing paperwork to move into a flat, I was very nervous and scared at first because I didn’t know what I was doing. Dan Smith made sure I was okay and made sure I knew what I was doing from the start, making sure I fixed any mistakes I made. When Dan broke the news to me and my partner that we passed the checks we were over the moon because we didn’t think we would get that far. In particular I would like to thank Jess, her response and delivery to all my needs and queries were dealt with so professionally that reflected how much experience she has in this industry and don’t be fooled by her youthfulness on presentation! Misleading Ads for A rental property in Peterborough - I understand it is a sales trick to get customers to click on the properties but why would you leave out important information. I would not have wasted my time and petrol to view the property if iIknew there was NO ELECTRICITY. how am i meant to view the property with a phone's torch.

I have been letting out my 3 properties with Belvoir Peterborough for over the last 5 years. A special review for Sarah who has been amazing. Any query or support needed gets resolved with urgency and importance. The service she provides reflects on her willingness to help her clients no matter how complicated it may be. Sarah resolved with all I needed promptly and right first time. An important asset to the team at Belvoir. All the team at the office are professional but very welcoming and with this also I wanted to say well done to Lottie who runs the branch. Lottie sets the bench mark of how a leader should be for her team. Honest, transparent and very engaging. Lottie and the team are never time sensitive and shows that when you walk in to the branch. Lottie Hostead is the loveliest lady She has supported me through the awful experience of trying to get a landlord license from the punitive organisation called Home Safe employed by Peterborough Council to turn the screws on decent landlords trying their best to do the right thing. On many occasions, I have received support from Belvoir over and above the norm. In the main I have dealt with Luke Clarke, who has a very calm, friendly manner, gets things sorted within 24 hours of receiving requests - even at weekends, gives sound advice on potential investments and does not ever sound like an estate agent trying to sell you something. My thanks also to Barry in maintenance and repairs who has the difficult task of liaising with tenants on my behalf to get issues sorted. The whole team is friendly and professional and I feel they have solimy responsibilities as a landlord, giving me peace of mind. Nowtg that there is a new telephone system, which puts callers in a queue to be answered, (as opposed to asking you to leave a message), I am 100% satisfied customer! 1/7/22 I’ve been with Belvoir many years and on the whole continue to be impressed by them. Jasmine has been very proactive with my latest changeover of tenants and I’ve appreciated her regular updates and communication. Barry is always willing to help and give advice. A very friendly team.
