GoogleI shut myself out of my flat and contacted Barry Eudale of belvoir. It was 6.00 pm on a Friday night but 25 minutes later I was home with a new lock. Brilliant and thank you! Furthermore I reaise 2 issues with Emily Holmes and they were promtly dealt with to my satisfaction. Again well done!

My wife and I have been recently dealing with Laura Schiavone with regards to a property in Bourne. Her service has been brilliant, so we have felt as if we have no choice but to leave her a great review. Laura showed us around a few properties - she had a friendly face each time and answered all questions so we were fully informed. She has also kept us up to date with regards to any telephone enquiries and the ongoing application process. As a result, all has been fully transparent. Shes been a pleasure to deal with and is a credit to Belvoir!

GoogleHave liaised with Barry Eudale from Maintenance for years now. He has recently completed a job for me which I am very happy with as always. He always takes the time to explain and ensure that I understand the issue at hand whatever the complexity and goes through any options with me in detail. He is sensitive to taking a reasonable approach which is both cost effective and which gets the job done. He takes the time to answer my queries and his charges are always in my experience within the estimate or quotation. He has a pleasant reasonable human approach which sadly these days is often set aside by the younger "hard nosed" generation. So, thank you once again to Barry and to Belvoir!
