Aberdein Considine has done power of attorney for both me and my wife a couple of years ago and in September this year did Last Will and Testament for us both. The person we dealt with was Nichola who was very knowledgeable and helpful giving us advice which was extremely valuable in getting these legal documents done quickly. I have found this company to be very good and they have done all my legal work.

I am a first time buyer and one who was pretty much clueless about the process of buying a property. The team at Aberdein Considine have been extremely helpful and patient from the very beginning. I feel that I have been offered honest advice about mortgage options and also about various insurances I need. The fees were quoted from the beginning so I had a very clear idea of these. I was kept regularly updated throughout the process and was guided along through the steps with clear instructions as to what I needed to do and what would happen next. This was very reassuring. All of the staff I dealt with were friendly and welcomed any questions (though I didn't have many as everything was explained so well to begin with). I would highly recommend A&C to first time buyers, they have taken the fear out of a process I did not think I was an option for me. Thank you so much.

Everyone I dealt with at Aberdein Considine during the recent sale of my property was extremely helpful and kept me up to date with everything involved in the sale at all times. They arranged surveys and viewings and costs were very reasonable. During the latter stages of the sale they made things easier for me by sending documents to be signed to the Inverurie office. The buyer requested an early entry and the legal department dealt with a tight timescale very efficiently.

The service we got from Jade Kinninmont was very good but another office dealt with some of the paperwork in settling the sale of a late relative's flat and this seemed a bit slow to get sorted and some of it was incorrect.

GoogleSo far I'm not really impressed with the service I've had from AC. I went with them despite the fact they were the most expensive because I thought the additional investment would buy me some additional care and attention. The estate agency themselves are quite basic and lack attention to detail. My house had three viewing requests and despite me telling them I wanted them to do the viewings, they tried to get me to do them instead (what am I paying them for?). If you want AC to do the viewings there can be a wait of anything up to a week which I think is very poor, and could easily result in the perspective buyers finding something else. I have now accepted an offer and the legal side of things is unbelievably slow. I have bought and sold a fair few properties and I think AC are by far the quietest and slowest, and 14 days after accepting an offer, we still haven't finalised moving dates and I'm not really sure what is happening with my sale at all.
