Really grateful to AC for all their help with our sale. Jennifer and Matt kept us well updated and their advice was really helpful. Everything from getting the advert up, to viewings, to final sale was done so smoothly and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend to anyone selling and looking for an experienced team who can make the process as easy as possible.

Very positive experience selling with Aberdein Considine.They’re incredibly responsive and supportive, we reached out online to them and a number of other solicitors on a Friday evening about selling our house in Musselburgh. Aberdein Considine came straight back to us by phone on Saturday morning, some other organisations we had to chase to get a response after almost two weeks.On assessing our home for an estimated value, Aberdein took the time to get to know us and understand the property.We took some time to decide if we were ready to go on the market, while it felt like some other firms were pressuring us to progress, Aberdein Considine reiterated that they were there for us when we were ready and reassured us it was ok to take our time.Their fees were transparent and well explained, the final stages were very smooth and the team easy to speak with. The Elm Row office being open on Saturday morning also gave us more flexibility with handing over keys in advance which took a lot of stress away from moving day.We wouldn’t hesitate recommending Aberdein Considine to friends and family and would certainly look to work with them in the future. I bought my house with Aberdein considine. During the viewing stage, i had communication with a ver helpful, efficient and understanding Vicky Brown. She answered many of questions and emails when my mind was constantly changing. During the mortgage process, i was supported and guided by Scott Brown who filled me with great confidence and explained everything i was unsure about. He also helped with our life insurance and critical illness. All in all, a very positive experience with knowledgeable staff.

Absolutely brilliant service. Mortgage advisor Karen was superb, my personal circumstances didn't make finding me a mortgage easy but she did! Always in touch and kept me informed. Girls in Peterhead office fantastic aswell, I was selling aswell as buying so it was a bit difficult but they were really friendly and helpful. Nothing too much trouble. Certainly wouldn't go anywhere else if selling/buying again.

He was always available to answer any questions and assist in any way, making the whole experience easy. I recently sold my property through the Perth office and was impressed by the professionalism, knowledge and helpfulness of all the staff that I dealt with.From the initial appraisal until completion, they kept me informed about the progress and were happy to deal with all my questions in a friendly manner, that put me at ease during what can be a stressful time.They also carried out viewings for me, which was of considerable benefit, as I felt it was a far better option than doing it myself.Would highly recommend them for anyone considering selling a property in the Perth area.

i thought the communication was initially good however towards the end the communication reduced and i didnt think they were great at all, no update on the sellers situation and when it changed w did not find out straight away, we had to chase for information, on the day of settlement , we were advised that the keys were ready to collect, we arrived and were told that we had to go to another solicitors to collect, when we got there we were told by them that they didnt have the keys and did we want to get the sellers numbers etc, no we didnt , we just wanted the keys quickly as we had hired moving vehicles due to being told the keys were available. overall would not recommend
