Great service from very helpful staff. Bought and sold property and had a few issues but these were resolved speedily by all at the branch. Douglas, Susan and Alison were able to sort out any issues and were very efficient with all communication. Felt like we were kept involved in decisions and our opinions were listened to.

We rented a flat from Aberdein Considine and it was a nightmare. Everything seemed fine for the first month. We started to have a major mould issue, that was causing health issues. We understood it was a pandemic, however this was a major repair. There was a lack of communication from Aberdein Considine and many attempts to avoid repairing the issue. It took moving out before they start to repair a different issue. I would not recommend renting from this agency.

First class service from start to finish. As a first time seller they were really empathetic and supportive throughout the whole process. Stephen was there right from the start and gave best advice; always making himself available at the end of the phone. Staff in the office have shown the same professionalism and made it as easy and straightforward as it could be.

From the minute we decided to go with Aberdein Considine to the conclusion of our sale and purchase of our new home the customer service was impeccable. Nikki, Morven, Lauren, Danielle and Laura were knowledgeable, experienced and professional and we would recommend them to our family and friends. Hopefully we are in our forever home but if circumstances change, we would have no hesitation in using Aberdein Considine again.

I have now used Aberdein Considine twice, as a seller and then as a buyer. Expectations were exceeded both times! Transactions were seamless, timescales maintained, I was kept informed by polite and helpful staff and the whole process was stress-free.If you are buying or selling, why look anywhere else? I highly recommend.

Moving house can be stressful but Karen, Tanya, Kate and the team made it a very smooth operation to both sell and buy.I am certainly out with my comfort zone when it comes to property so it was great to have everything explained simply with no pressure to make big decisions until I was ready.

If I could rate less than 1 star I would. Avoid renting a property with this lot at absolutely all costs. Property was a mess when moving in, all cupboards filled with previous tenants crap.. broken vases, light shades, dirty duvets, dirty cutlery and even sex toys. This didn't seem like an issue to them. Left with a leaking roof for over 6 months. Had to take hours off of work to make sure water wouldn't pour into the property, wasnt given any compensation for this and they of course sided with the landlord. Have listed the property again straight after I moved out with the roof still not fixed. Laughable and incompetent, every decision made 1000% in favour of the landlords with tenants forgotten about and stepped on. I cannot stress enough how much you should avoid renting with this company.

A positive experience from start to finish during what has been a very stressful time. I couldn’t fault the team at Aberdein Consodine. At every step of the way I was treated with care and respect, receiving honest and sound advice and regular communications on progress. This was even more important during COVID-19 and quite frankly I couldn’t have made a better choice than choosing this organisation to sell my home. I was delighted to conclude the sale of my property last month and I have no reservations in choosing Aberdein Consodine to handle the purchase of my next home. The team in Stirling were very helpful and efficient in dealing with the property sale. Initial contact to advert for sale happened very quickly. Nothing was undertaken without discussion, agreement and approval by me as client. Office staff are very friendly and efficient and also ensure that the client comes first. I would not hesitate to use them again and have already referred a relation to their service.

Writing from the receiving end. Following on from Covid shut-downs & job losses we lost our house this year. Aberdein Considine were retained by the bank to deal with the sale. They didn't tell us when the property was sold, the new owners were told to retain a house clearance company to clear the house. By the time we found out very little was left.They have refused to communicate with us & are still holding the proceeds from the sale. They have refused to say how much they have. We know, from the internet, how much the house sold for &, after the mortgage was paid to the bank, there'd be £220k from which fees for the sale & solicitors would need to be deducted. They won't even give us their office address.My husband is living in a homeless shelter & I'm living with an elderly relative, in council accommodation, as a carer. We can't do anything until Aberdein Considine release the funds.It's been over 5 months!

In my dealings with Aberdein, I have found them to be nothing but slow and inefficient. Their failure to chase up a document they were allegedly seeking ended up causing a huge slowdown in the house-buying chain and compromised everything. Instances of documents 'missed' and promises of updates were never upheld. I ended up having to do all the chasing and when I gave them the benefit of the doubt, nothing was done, leaving me kicking myself that I didn't call them that week to ensure they were doing their job. Promised deadlines came and went. I also found some of the colleagues to be patronising and rude. I could NEVER recommend this company to anyone buying, selling or mortgaging their home.
