I have been appauled at the service from this agency the Penzance. They never get things sorted and they need to be chased constantly. They NEVER call back when they should a d have no idea what is going on regarding repairs and maintenance. The member of staff whom I have been dealing with (L) is hopeless. My landlady ha e notice to terminate her contract with them after them taking 6 months to (not) get a leak sorted. Our deposit should have been returned within 10 days of her contract termination a d we have still not received it almost two months later. This is after numerous phonecalls and emails I would advise anyone to steer well clear of this agency. Utterly shocking service. As the previous reviewer said I am only giving one star as it is not possible to give zero.

In our latest house sale we chose Miller Countrywide Penzance due to their positive attitude enthusiasm for our property The team did not let us down they were helpful and quickly returned our calls. Would not allow us to view a property without providing proof of funds to purchase - just to view, not when making an offer. Funny how this only came up when they were plugging their mortgage services and were desperate to book an appointment. Company interests above those of the seller and buyer. If you are thinking of selling with this company, just think of all the buyers they won’t allow to view your home. Can’t be in your best interest can it?

Would not recommend Miller Countrywide. Unlike most Estate Agents they do not complete the Memorandum of Sale in-house. Consequently you can add 2 weeks to an already ridiculously long exchange/completion

Scum! In a nutshell, they'll say what they need to until they have your money and then you don't exist. Estates agents remind me of politicians, lying, sleezy and generally not nice people. They all take money for doing nothing and the world would be a better place if they all just disappeared, a bit like they do after taking your money.

I am a landlord I paid millers to fully manage my property in stangray avenue it was last inspected November 2019 I had to get bailiffs to remove tenants in August I could write i huge list of incompetence by millers they have cost me thousands of pounds but terrible just sums them up totally. I’m now spending huge cost on repairs and will never have anything to do with millers again .go for anyone but millers is my advise they are a real disgrace and I’ve been letting property since 1983

What a despicable LYING VILE .company

What a despicable company. As lovely as they can be while telling you that they will send you a viewing, chatty chatty chatty, yes you will have the first refusal, then keep you waiting for days, they actually screen their calls and flick it to the answerphone when they see it is you. Ring on a different number and the answer and sound really sheepish and make up a total load of lies as to why they haven't sent the video. In the meantime, you have let other properties go due to their optimism about getting the one you asked about. The fact that lucy and Simeone sounded so nice makes them that much slimier. I have family members with businesses in Torquay and will make it my first mission when I do move there to have the name of this tinpot company spread as far and wide as I can for being the disgraceful, duplicitous liars they are. Service is very poor, as a landlord I continually have to call, send e-mails etc. Still waiting for a reply to my question posted to letting manager on 28th Feb, again on 28th Mar, 30th April, called office on 4th May and still nothing. I only gave it a star because you cannot post otherwise and there are no negative or black stars
