Jack showed us around 22 Margaret Road during a house viewing. Perfectly on time, and swiftly let us view the property, showed us every part of the house in great detail. Offered all the information needed to secure the house, and responded to our email soon after it was sent. Overall very helpful.

Good and Bad points. I sorted my Tenancy through Adam. It was very quick and sorted out within 24 hours of the viewing. Bad points. I paid £660 when I moved in. Two weeks deposit and 4 weeks rent. After just one week I have been receiving letter about rent arrears which aren't infact correct.I am very happy with the professional service Adam gave me.

I purchased a property through Smart estate agents in Feb 2017. It was purchased as an investment, and I wanted to let it as soon as possible. Smart were very proactive, and found a tenant very quickly (before I had finished renovating the property). So far, things have gone very well. Based on this experience, I have no hesitation in recommending Smart.
