I was very satisfied with the service I experienced from this provider. The property manager (Josh) had a good personality and provided lots of information. The whole process was quick, which was convenient for me as I had to move in asap.

A recent example of going above the call of duty was when Doug came out himself to fix a maintenance issue I couldn’t resolve and would have taken another few days for a technician to attend.

Nothing is fixed in the flat I am renting, with all maintenance requests cancelled by the estate agent. Myself and my guarantor had to seek legal advice as the boiler was not working, and the estate agent was not treating it as an emergency issue as required under law.
