A very responsive, friendly, helpful and professional team. We discovered Smart Estate Agents through a friend and although we didn't end up renting one of their properties, they were by far the most proactive and welcoming. I would highly recommend them.

I have used some estate agents and letting agents in my time, and can honestly say the customer experience at smart from the team is exceptional. The lettings team have it right and do ehat they say when they say and ensure every detail is covered around managing property's. The cost is one of the lowest you will find, however they don't cut any corners. Strongly recommend smart and the TEAM.

Our experience with Smart has been extremely positive. All of the team have been good, Emily has handled the majority of our correspondence and viewings since we had an offer accepted on a house and she is quick to respond, efficient, helpful and friendly. Buying a house has led us into contact with a variety of estate agents and we have found Smart to be the most honest and straightforward.

Smarts estate agency in Exeter has dealt with our flat while we are abroad. Credit goes to Nina Savage for her honest helpful opinion when needed. Had a great experience buying my first property through Smart. Lisa and all the staff were very good at helping me with all my queries, and the welcome gift was a nice touch! The offer process was n’t turned into a bidding war which I appreciated. They also answer the phone! A huge plus point. Would recommend them.

Smart advertised our rental property immediately, organised 5 viewings for the first day it was available and found great tenants who moved in within two weeks. Ben’s management of the viewings, liaison between tenants and myself was effective and swift. Communication was excellent at all times- queries by phone or email were answered quickly. I would highly recommend Smart estate agents.

Smart estate agents are fantastic and make renting houses easy. The dialogue is excellent and we have built a great rapport. I must single out Emily for praise. Nothing is too much trouble and she often goes above and beyond to help sort any issues. I would happily recommend smart if you need help managing properties.

It's a good agency, they care about the customer and attent the issues, although in some cases we found no answer I had to repeat the emails, minor thing, also sometimes a delay to repair somethings, as our toilet seat was broken for 5 months and wasnt repeaired until 5 months later but in general good. The web system is clear and easy to manage the payments etc.

We working with Smart Agents for quite a while now and didn t had any issue , Josh Peto been amazing with his services and with helping straight away when something was inconvenient or had to be changed in our place ! I would definitely recommend them to anyone in Exeter .
