GoogleKey Property Consultants should be the agent of choice, I was on with 2 other agents and they gave me weeks and weeks of false promises. I decided to try Key Property after a recommendation and dealt with a gentleman name Adil Niazi, he spent time with me and gave me advice which the other agents and also gave me a realistic valuation, he came prepared with a presentation which showed similar properties that he had let in the area. It made me realise that the other 2 agents gave me an over inflated valuation just to get the property. Adil called me the very next day to say he had a few people potentially interested and if he could do a viewing which I was more than happy to accommodate, He let the property that same day which I thought was AMAZING, the property had not even gone online yet and KEY Properties Managed to find me a tenant, sort out all the paperwork and move the tenant in within a week and half. The whole process was just effortless and smooth. Adil was amazing, gave me regular updates on where we were in terms of referencing and paperwork and was always able to answer all questions and put me, a first time landlord at ease, KEY PROPERTY CONSULTANTS should always be the first agent of choice and will be telling everyone I can about them Cannot express in words at just how amazing they are.

GoogleA great independent agency who are my go-to for anything property related. I’ve been using these guys for 2 years now and cannot say a bad thing! Always prompt to meetings, very responsive and always professional. There is nothing worse than paying your agent and not getting things done on time! As i write this we are still in the grip of a pandemic but key property being professionals are handling everything as efficiently and safely as they can. GoogleSo unprofessional! Booked a viewing took time off from work to not find the property anywhere, postcode took to a building in construction. Called office then and I was asked to go knock at a door completely different number. No one showed up no one called and when I called back they didn’t answer. What disrespect wasting people’s time!

We are very surprised to hear of this as our team members go above and beyond to ensure everyone gets a fair opportunity. After investigating this matter it turns out our colleague was in the property doing viewings and although he still waited after the viewings for you, you actually turned up to the wrong property and wasn't there at the time allocated to you. With this being taken in to consideration you cannot hold us liable for allegedly not showing up when everyone else seemed to be able to view the property. In future it may be a good idea to check your route to your destination before your appointment to ensure you know where you are going. All the best with your property search.

I'm really surprised to find such positive reviews on here, our experience has been a nightmare from start to finish:- Flat was advertised at one price and then when we made an offer we were told the price had increased.- Flat was advertised as unfurnished but when we arrived it was full of furniture, most of which was broken or filthy.- We still, two months after moving in, do not have access to the electricity meter, despite numerous requests (it's located in a locked cupboard and key have ironically refused to provide a key).- The flat had not been professionally cleaned when we moved in, and had a mouse infestation and a plumbing problem. When we called to report them, our letting agent had the audacity to respond with "well the previous tenants never complained"!- We're still waiting on some repairs which were requested at move in.

GoogleWe just moved in recently to our new home and the key property consultants made it easy and smooth for us to get it. I was at first in contact with Kevin over the phone. His response was prompt and efficient and he organised the viewing for us with his friend Aayrton, who was very friendly and supportive gentleman aswell. Aayrton helped us through the documentation process and was well in touch with me whenever I had any query. Thank You so much Kevin and Aayrton.

GoogleI found Key Properties to be such a professional agency and their staff, particularly Daniel are always extremely courteous and willing to go the extra mile. Moving home is such a stressful time so when you are dealing with a company with such great customer focus who are prepared to have constant communication with you it certainly eases the burden in many ways. Key Property Consultants are absolutely an awesome and professional estate agents. Last year late October 2018, we were in a desperate need of a property due to landlord of previous property we showed interest in pulled out last minute. This left us in such a worried state as we had to move from place we were staying in a week. One of their staff Adil took us to view one of their properties and we put an offer on it. Adil was able to do all the reference checks and sorted out all the necessary things in good time for us to move into the new place. Adil communicated with us all throughout and assured us that everything was going to be ok. This showed us how much they cared for us and met our needs beyond what we expected. I will strongly recommend Key Property Consultants as they are just awesome. (Eric)

Ayrton and his team will go over and above to cater for your needs, whether you are buying, selling or letting they will do all they can to make the process as smooth as possible. Having been party to a problematic transaction I thank the team at KPC for their continued understanding and sound advice and I look forward to doing business with them again in the future. GoogleMoving into our present property was very fast and hassle free thanks to the help of Daniel Lawrence of key property consultants. He was there at every phone call, viewing and arranging for us to meet Key Location property manager who took over with the necessary paperwork and referencing. The only misunderstanding we had was we thought the holding deposit included in the fee of Key Property Consultants will be deducted when paying the rent. But we were told that was not the case. We were disappointed but on the other hand, everything was handled in a professional manner, and the best part is we are in that property now. Thank you Daniel.

GoogleQuite possibly the best landlord we have ever had. An honest, professional and very efficient team. Everything has been dealt with quickly from the very start, with no dragging of the feet and no nasty surprises. Always able to get hold of someone and anything that needs to be fixed is done immediately and at your convenience. These guys are friendly and very welcoming! Our first experience with estate agents, and we are quite pleased. Keep up the good job KPC.
