For nearly four years I let my flat through Key Property Consultants. They were recommend to me by one of their clients. Throughout our association the service I received from them was fantastic. Any issues that arose with the property they informed me promptly. They have a team of tradespeople who attended the property and resolved any issues that required repair. I would use them again; it has been a stress free collaboration.

I found out about KPC by accident after my neighbours instructed them. About 12 months later, I found myself in the position of needing services they offered. Ayrton, who was my main contact, has been fantastic. I have pretty high standards. And am particular about quality, not quantity - Ayrton understood that. His marketing and management was brilliant - and through him KPC more than delivered for me. KPC offer competitive services, and my experience with Ayrton in particular emphasises the reality that they prioritise their Client’s needs. I’d absolutely recommend KPC (and Ayrton) to any Tenant looking to rent, and to any Landlord looking to let or sell.

After dealing with 6 estate agents when finding new commercial premise for our clinic London Body Centre the frustration was beyond acceptable. Then I found a premise online and it was Key estate agents. With trepidation I called key, cringing at having to deal with yet another awful estate agent. HOW WRONG I WAS! From the very first phone call, the viewings the access for the surveyor and builders, the negotiations, the conveyancing, the welcome smile and personable conversations. I was and still dumbfounded - An estate agent who is honest and trustable and works for both sides to get this deal over the line. WOW WOW WOW Thank you so so so so much to all the team at Key for riding me of the negative association I have developed for estate agents - and VERY WELL DONE. There is no competition for at least a 10 mile radius - trust me I have dealt with them all and they are so awful its laughable. Thank you all for finding and getting London Body Centre sorted and set up. We sold our property with Key Property Consultants In March 2021 and from start to finish had a wonderful smooth transaction. Gary was our sales agent and was extremely helpful at all times and made sure to update us with every detail about the progress of our sale. Never once did we have to chase for anything and given the current demand with property at the moment I think that’s a pretty huge deal. Gary and his team were so efficient alongside our solicitors we managed to complete within a month! Avoid if you are a landlord

Used Key Property to manage my rental property for a couple of years and would not use again. The team are unresponsive and to say they do the bare minimum for their monthly fee would be generous. Examples of issues with Key Property: 1. They do not do the regular checks they should do until you chase them. 2. They asked me to authorised the cost of a gas safety certificate renewal, which I did. I contacted Key Property a couple of months later to ask for a copy of the gas safety certificate, only to be told it never went ahead, so unbeknown to me, I was letting my property without a valid gas safety certificate because of Key Property's mis-management. 3. I live abroad and don't check my bank account every month for the rent money (that's what I pay Key Property a management fee for). One month I realised the rent hadn't been paid (approximately 3 weeks after it was due). I contacted Key Property and they said they were unaware that the rent hadn't been paid and will try and contact the tenants. I explained that one of the neighbours said the property looked empty and asked that they go and check, which they didn't. After multiple calls and emails to Key Property, they confirmed that the tenants had vacated the property without paying the rent and all Key Property could do was return the tenants deposit to me. 5 months later and after many calls and emails, I eventually got the tenants deposit, but they wouldn't do anything to pursue the £1300 worth of damage the tenants did to the property. During this 5 months, not once did Key Property explain why they hadn't paid the funds - all I got was no response to emails and promises of call backs. The above are just a few examples - sadly, there are many more!!
