Key property welling bad agency with unprofessional staff

I’ve been looking for an apartment and Key Property *TRULY* are the rudest and unresponsive letting agency ever. Agents DON’T USE THIS COMPANY.Terrible experience, would ask for documents again and again that had already been sent through. Would not want to work with them again.Key property Letting agency staff are incompetent and dishonest.if you give a crappy service then be prepared to get slated. I have seen the top reviews and these are the agents who are clearly getting it right...Twice now this service has shown itself to be incompetent and inefficient with no regard for the potential tenant at all.Unfortunately my agent on meeting today is ranked 11649 out of 11650 and having had laughably poor service from them, am not surprised by their rating and recognise many of the complaints. They’ve ignored my correspondence, covered for one another. Their appeals process is non existent. Went to this agency once wouldn’t recommend to no one. Don’t use this agency. Very rude and ignorant. When I’ve started speak with one of their managers he didn’t allow me to speak, he turned over and said he can’t assit with my request. If you’re looking for estate agency better find another estate agency and don’t go to them. Disappointing service and unprofessional managers.

Adil and the rest of the team have always been helpful and resolved any issues which may have come up at the properties whilst they have been rented. The tenants they have found me have always been professional and clean people who have maintained and kept my properties in good condition. Thank you to Adil and the team for all your amazing efforts.

Simply the best ! Gary at Key Property Consultants was very personable and genuine from initial contact and throughout the process. He had ploughed effort into understanding the area, its amenities, advantages in relation to market value and potential target audience. His pitch and summary was enthusiastic but realistic, one which is rare and gave us confidence to market our property with him. The process was swift and highly managed. Gary gave us by far more than what we expected from an Estate Agent if I ever sell another property I know exactly where to go. Also a big thank you to Adil the photographs and video were very good so good we had an offer after publishing the same day :)PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Understanding, friendly and professional estate agent. The agents are extremely friendly and very understanding. They are just as nice when meeting them in person. Despite the small hiccups my partner and I faced along the way, they helped us through, persevered, and gave us a chance to rent with them in the end. Many thanks to Yasin and Poonam who helped and communicated with us at the start of the process, and a special thanks to Chené who took over once the referencing was completed. She made our moving in process really quick and stress free, and provided us with all of the relevant documentations in a very timely manner prior to moving in.

We recently moved into one of Key Property Consultants properties and Adil and his team made the process buttery smooth! He went out of his way to create a video tour for me as I wasn't available for a live viewing. Poonam at the office was exceptional and guided us through the process well. We went from 1stviewing to signed tenancy agreement in 5 days! The property was in great condition and they were very thorough with the inventory check. All in all a very great team!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I needed to let my property and this was the first time using key. I must say, I will definitely be coming back as and when needed as I was most impressed with their service. From the start, they listened to my requirements (which haven’t always been the case with other agencies). I was found several potential tenants and we went through the interviewing very smoothly. I must say, afterwards, my mortgage company needed extra info that could have been quite easily ignored but the admin staff, Poonam and (especially) Nesrin went above and beyond. Many thanks to you all, I shall be in touch!!
