Top class service. Earned every penny of their fee and then some. We met three agents when we were looking to sell our house, and watts and morgan were the only ones to show up on time! Tom was personable and his advice was sound and we went ahead. From then on things only got better. Tom was very professional and we soon had offers. Once an offer was accepted, Sarah in the office took over and she was always on the ball. Regular updates and always available to give advice. I would not hesitate for a second to go with watts and morgan again next time.

Poor valuation for quick and easy sale

Watts and Morgan valued our property at £800K whilst 3 other agents put a valuation closer to £950K. I believe that they were attempting a quick sale at an easy time. I'm glad that we shopped around as this might have cost my husband and I an eye watering amount!

AVOID RENTING 41 CLOS Y CWARRA - ROUGE LANDLORD!!!!! Absolutely disgusting! Anyone who wants to rent and negotiate with Jodi Cavaliere, don’t!! Landlord did not secure bond and no Deposit Certificate provided as stated by JC. Landlord tried to keep hold of my money and Jodi Cavaliere appeared to go out of her way to find fault with the state of the property when I left. Wasn’t interested in helping, previous tenants also didn’t receive their bond back. DO NOT RENT 41 Clos Y Cwarra, St, Fagans. Rouge landlord produced fake invoices to try and keep deposit. Ended up going to court and I was awarded full payment of deposit and costs. She’s now changed her name from Ruth to Nicole 🙄

We bought a property that Watts & Morgan were representing. While of course any estate agent is representing the seller primarily, as buyers we always felt the agent (Dan Lansdown) was acting with honesty and integrity. Dan facilitated communication between all parties well and was always responsive. In searching for a property he also made himself available at awkward times for us to squeeze in viewings around our schedule. He even went as far as showing us some off-market properties. The icing on the cake was the lovely gift box handed over on the day of completion from the Watts & Morgan team with everything from discounts at Ikea (came in useful very soon after moving in!) to some snacks and a wonderful hand drawing of the property we'd just purchased.

I first came across Watts & Morgan when I wanted to purchase an apartment less than two years ago. The salesman from Watts & Morgan was polite, respectful, helpful and not at all pushy. I was impressed and assured by his pleasant, calm and confident manner. He was not like any other estate agent I had encountered. After many viewings, I bought another flat sold by a different company and the comparison of the sales people were like chalk and cheese. From this experience, I knew I wanted Watts & Morgan to manage the property for me. It has been a pleasure to work with a very professional team whose communication, values and conduct are impeccable.
