GoogleWatts & Morgan were great from start to finish. Tom came to value our property very quickly upon request, Dan then came out to take fabulous photos of our home to market and Sarah was excellent at communicating with us and chasing up the chain to completion. I would not use any other estate agent! Thank you all for your hard work and excellent customer service.

Watts and Morgan were absolutely incredible. We viewed the property we ended up buying close to 10 times in total (maybe even slightly more) and they were so accommodating. Couldn’t have asked for more patient, understanding or knowledgeable guides in buying our family home.

GoogleWhen looking at the place I’m currently renting, Jason was knowledgeable about the place without having to contact the office like I had to with other estate agents.He answered all my questions and was quick in letting me know I got the place. When I needed to change the move in date by a day, they sorted that out for me quickly and easily with no hassle. Jodi was wonderful when I picked up the keys and sorted out my council tax, electric and gas. I also got a welcome pack with some lovely freebies and vouchers that gave me some much needed money off. I’ve been in the place 3 months so far and they have always replied to texts or emails when I have any problems and sort them out quickly, without any hassle.

They keep in regular contact and are available 24/7! We couldn’t fault the team in any way, by far the best letting agents we’ve dealt with! After dealing with many other agents over the years i have never met one as good as Tom. Without Tom it would have been a very stressful process. The whole team are very friendly yet professional. GoogleVery professional team of agents, sold our house and next door neighbors within a week of listing. Tom, Dan and Sarah were friendly, professional and communicative throughout our sale and purchase. We had reservations initially as they do not list on Zoopla but this did not cause us any issues in selling our property. We're really please we used them, because their fees were competitive and their competence and professionalism became particularly clear when house hunting and dealing with other agents in Penarth. I wish we could have bought through them.

GoogleWe recently purchased our new home with Watts & Morgan Penarth, and Dan, Sarah and the team were great to deal with throughout. The bid process was handled very professionally and fairly (which is more than I can say for some other estate agents the area). We were kept informed through the whole process and it was made the whole process as stress free as buying a house could be!
