Every step of both the selling and purchase experience was a positive, professional and pleasant one. Not words generally associated with estate agents but John Francis ( Pembroke Branch) were amazing. Haydn & Sara looked after every detail and went over and above to make sure things happened seamlessly. I would highly recommend using this branch of the John Francis family. My only ‘wish’ is the owners of the company would reward the hard working team with a suitably decorated branch. For those looking to sell or buy first impressions really do count in the house selling game. Come on guys - get some paint out!
