GoogleRecently put my property on the Market with John Francis, Pembroke and immediately had a stream of viewers. Both Sara and Nathan professionally presented the property to the various buyers resulting in a number of offers being received. The property was quickly sold in just a few months and at an satisfactory price. Sara was fun to work with and Nathan impressed in view of his young age.

However Liz and Hayden kept me informed at all times and were able to assist with resolving the problems and liaise with the other parties in the chain to ensure the sale eventually went through successfully. I fully would recommend their services.

GoogleI wholeheartedly recommend the exceptional team at John Francis Pembroke! Our journey included both selling our previous home and purchasing our current property with them. Through the ups and downs, including a previous sale falling through, Sara's dedication shone. From experiencing a sale that fell through, to Sara scheduling over 10 viewings in 48 hours and successfully re-selling the house during the second viewing, and even navigating through an extremely challenging solicitor, we honestly couldn't have managed it without her! No pressure, Valuation was a mutual agreement and not dictated. The team made us feel at ease and took the viewings off our hands, proactive in obtaining feedback and quick to inform us.
