They were professional and the communication was great. Even though we moved out of the area they helped with the purchase of our new home by chasing up matters on our behalf. GoogleWe recently sold through SBK. Our old house went on the market in September, accepting an offer beginning of October and completing on the 17th December. This was an extremely quick and painless process, especially considering we were in the middle of a chain too. A lot of this I put down to Chelsey who did a great job showing our house and getting people through the door, which resulted in the sale within a month and also to Peter, who really pushed the sale process through; chasing all the relevant people to achieve the ambitious timeline I set out of being in the house before Christmas. Would highly recommend.

The lettings team have been amazing from day one, dealt with everything when needed, professionally, quickly and with the minimum of effort for us, and been great with advice about our rental property. When it came time to sell, the rest of the team sprung into action, again with professionalism and knowledge that beats all other agents hands-down, swiftly secured a sale and were then superb in following through and managing the process with the rest of the chain right through to completion. I can't praise them highly enough and I wouldn't recommend any other agent above SBK. Thanks for a fantastic service!

GoogleExtremely unprofessional company. I made an offer of the full asking price but then had the estate agent complained that the Surveyor recommended by my Solicitor would take too long and persuaded me to use one recommend by him. I specifically asked if there were any restrictive covenants and was told no but there is and no business can be from the address or alter the exterior. The estate agent arranged the survey but failed to inform the Surveyor that 180 houses are soon to be built close to the property. The Survey showed that the house had been neglected and required a lot of repairs, some of which were urgent. The agent was not at all happy about the Survey and I became victim to his tantrums. He would not permit me to have a second viewing of the property of allow me to have professional quotes done to ascertain how much the works would cost. He was adamant that all the works could be done for eight-thousand pounds even though he had no evidence to back that up. The Surveyor said that the house stands to lose fifty-thousand pounds plus the cost of all the works yet the agent would only reduce the price by eight-thousand pounds. He ranted down the phone at me. He put the house back on the market without informing me or answering my emails. All in two days! He has cost me thousands of pounds in survey, search and legal fees and I will be informing the ombudsman.

Facebooksold a property through them recently and the service was brilliant. the team were xtremely proactive throughout the process and went the extra mile to help resolve any issues that came up during the process. Phil in particular was exceptional. I would most definitely use them again.
