SBK were very good throughout the process. To start, they valued our house at around 10% more than other estate agents and we sold for nearly exactly what they said. I would say they know the local market extremely well and the value/sell-ability of a character home. Phil was extremely proactive, professional and communicative from start to finish. He actually ended up finding the house we purchased before it was officially on the market, which gave us a huge advantage. The rest of the team were also very helpful, especially Peter in getting everything over the line towards the end. I was impressed and would certainly recommend them.

The team at SBK are second to none. When purchasing a property, it was important to us that we found one in the right location and also quickly as we approach the time to need to apply for schools. SBK understood our wants and needs and went above and beyond to ensure that when we didn’t quite make success with our first property offer, we found the house of our dreams quickly after. Particular shout out to Davey who was more than accommodating meeting us at the property several times so we could re measure and greeting us on completion day with keys and flowers and also to Peter who made sure to keep everyone in check so that things ran smoothly! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and have also suggested them to friends and family already!

We used SBK for the sale of our property and we are so pleased we did. It is rare to pay for a service and be 100% satisfied. This is how we felt the service was with SBK, it was exceptional. Most of our communication was done with Phil and Davey and then Peter for sales progression. All were a credit to the business. We were selling a character property which was in need of updating and we knew this would attract a certain type of buyer. Phil also explained that because of the property type we may need to be patient. As it turned out we didn’t have to wait too long for the sale to happen. During the process it was disappointing to see other local agents bombard us with letters trying to question SBK with no substance. We felt this was very unprofessional and confirmed we made the right decision. We were so pleased to use SBK, from start to finish the whole experience was first class, I cannot recommend highly enough.

Just wanted to give a shout out to SBK who recently sold our property in Warsash, we also bought through them too. Luke was very helpful & professional from start to finish. He set up a WhatsApp group which kept us informed of details and it was extremely useful and really helped with communication. The photos of our house were amazing too ! Once our property was sold, Phil then took over the reins and was pivotal in communication with all sets of solicitors within our chain of 11 ! I’m not sure how the chain would have progressed without Phil being totally on it chasing and pulling information together. We would recommend using SBK for anyone thinking of moving.
