The lettings team have been amazing from day one, dealt with everything when needed, professionally, quickly and with the minimum of effort for us, and been great with advice about our rental property. When it came time to sell, the rest of the team sprung into action, again with professionalism and knowledge that beats all other agents hands-down, swiftly secured a sale and were then superb in following through and managing the process with the rest of the chain right through to completion. FacebookHave recently sold my property through SBK and the process from start to finish was painless and very efficient. From original valuation, ( which was obviously 'spot on', as it sold very quickly ), through to completion, the process was extremely well handled.
I have also viewed properties via SBK and what I particularly like is the totally 'non pushy' approach. They make viewing very unpressured and comfortable for the customer.

FacebookWe were genuinely impressed by SBK, who never failed to remember who they were working on behalf of. They were determined, and successful in achieving a very competitive price on a property we were selling; and advised us to reject offers they felt were too low.
The communication from SBK was excellent, with regular updates from start to finish. We never once felt in the dark, or needed to chase them.
SBK worked with common sense and integrity at all times, and we feel completely deserving of the fee they charged. SBK's fee may be slightly higher than their competitors, but they worked very hard to achieve a price for us that was way beyond other agent's valuations.
SBK really understand the local market. Their confidence comes from the knowledgeable, experienced team and a no nonsense approach. We highly recommend.
