We found them nothing but helpful, friendly and willing to help in every area of property management and selling. Being a small personal team each member knew what was happening with my property and I found everyone was willing to go the extra mile to make our experience with SBK nothing but excellent. FacebookI found SBK to be extremely efficient throughout the duration of our house move, making the whole process seem a lot easier. From the quality of photos provided to the continuous support provided from Peter who regularly updated us throughout. We opted to liaise with Sarah their preferred Mortgage Advisor who was also excellent in ensuring we had the best deal.The team are extremely professional and would be my only choice in future.

Really unlike other estate agents we have bought through previously- patient, caring and supportive throughout the process and if we ever sell in the future we would definitely go through SBK and would recommend using them....

Our viewings took place with Phil Charman who was helpful and informative on all the properties we viewed. Once we found the perfect property and offers were excepted We were kept fully informed throughout by Peter with what ended up being a more challenging purchase than first expected - Thank you all.

GoogleThey accepted an offer from us then continued to show the property. After this they found a “better” buyer so ditched us. Awful, unprofessional and untrustworthy. Do not use!

Unfortunately the house you made an offer on had attracted much interest all of which has to be reported to our client. In this instance our client decided to proceed with a different buyer. We are sorry for the disappointment this has caused you.

Since then, they have successfully sold our first property with no problems and supported us in finding our next house. Everyone at SBK are friendly, welcoming and make us feel like one of the family. We wouldn't want to use any other estate agents. Highly recommend to anyone!
