GoogleAs a landlord I’d just like to thank Mr Azad Uzpak for providing me perfect tenants and a guaranteed rent contract of 12 months. After the contract I requested my property to be sold and Mr Azad managed to get me multiple offers within the same week. My property was sold in 2 weeks time and im super happy with their service.

I gave my property to Zuplex to manage under guaranteed rent tenancy but had to chase them every month for payment. whenever i call to enquire they were extremely aggressive,disrespectful and utter unprofessional. When i asked them to organise a repair of a broken window hinge, the quotation was an eye watering £430. I had to contact a local glazier and got it fixed only for £63. These are a bunch of cow boys and shouldn't have been allowed to operate in this market in the UK. The so called director Cem, was a man with the least emotional intelligence and disrespectful.

GoogleAppalling and utter incompetent unprofessionals who will make all the right noises to make you sign under the dotted line only to let you down in every aspect once after that. The management right from the top are in shambles, disjointed and uncoordinated. Their property management skill is extremely poor and utter failure. When you question some of their ridiculous maintenance quotes, you get verbal abuse and threat over the phone from Ihsan, the person who claims to be the director of the company. They don’t put the deposit in a protected scheme as required by law, I had to constantly chase for payment every month the list goes on. Luckily I was one step ahead of them and terminated the contract and signed a new tenancy directly with the sitting tenants.I still find it extremely difficult to fathom how such a rogue bunch of rude and incompetent individuals are permitted to operate under the UK sky. If you are a landlord, think twice before signing away your property to Zuplex.

Mr Abe Reason we gave your property back to you on vacate possession because you did not want to carry any work at the property. Because you were on guaranteed rent scheme it doesn’t meant that we will pay all your maintenance issues at the property. It is landlords responsibility to look after property. At the end for £100 commission from your property was too much headache to take it. It was best way to part the business with you. Again reason you made this lie and untrue statement on this page because you wanted copy of your keys to drop to your property free of charge. Since you have new tenant for the safety of tenants you must change locks for the safety of new tenants. Again your statement are incorrect and full of lies.

GoogleIt’s seemed to be an honest and professional company when we approched them, however it turned out to be a living hell. Ihsan lied to us on several occasions, and did not mention that the tenants were on benefit without any intention to leave the property. We did only found this out when the exchange was about to take place. He was constantly hiding important information, keep saying that the property would be vacated soon, and we ended up with our mortgage offer expired after 7 months of waiting. Unresponsive to our emails and calls, they also required us to pay a deposit which obviously never got refunded. Stay away from them

Dear cagnoli Your comments are incorrect and you may deceive public with your biased opinion.It is correct that it has taken a little bit longer than expected to complete the purchase as there were tenants in the property. However, my colleague John made you fully aware of the situation before you put a deposit down. Equally, we made you aware that we got the right to retain the deposit if buyer change its mind and this is because once you have put a deposit down, we take property off the market and start getting all the necessary paperwork ready. As you must understand, all these processes and time spent has to be credited back, so If you change your mind for any reason, unfortunately you would be losing your deposit. In addition to our work, vendor has suffered losses due your last minute decision of not purchasing the property. While I understand your frustration , it is our duty to protect vendors interest too.

GoogleIt is the worse agency I ever come across. Make sure you don’t get involved, you will never get paid on time. I currently got court case going on with them. I would say disgusting agency. They will threaten you like mafia to get a penny from you. I am involved I am trying to get rid off them.I rented my property through them a year ago. Contract had ended. They still charge me for nothing, you have to remind them all the time to get paid. I do not want to use their services anymore, owner Ihsan called me and shouted at me on the phone very unprofessional manner. Because I do not want to use their services anymore. Than he threaten me he will take tenant to court to remove from property, because they found the tenant a year ago. They keep deposit and not registring with scheme, Landlords be careful what you get involved. Tenants want to stay, they call tenants and advice them if they want to stay , I should decrease rent. It is really disgusting

Dear Pervin Thank you so much for feed back. We have guaranteed rent contract with you in place with you. Your 1 year agreement has run out. You have given us notice to take property back. We have tried our best to keep you happy but some reason you don’t want to deal with Zuplex even though your rent up to date and paid on time. As your contract is guaranteed agreement, we have always give property back to landlords in vacant possession as it states in contract. We have offered to give you property back with tenant but you have declined it as you don’t want to pay for tenant finding fee, therefore we have decided to vacate to property and give it you. Also tenant has came in yesterday complaining about your treating emails and txt messages. Therefore they want to leave as well. Therefore please contact us to arrange check out inventory so we can hand over your property back as it is state in the contract. Kind Regards Raquel Pina Company DIrector

GoogleVery poor emails, as if they had used google translate, but whenever I spoke on the phone they seemed fine which was odd. Unprofessional, once had an email ending ‘earthly regards’ and other comments best not repeated!! They didn’t manage my property but with the amount of problems we had it would have been very helpful for them to at least have replied to some of my emails relating to damp and mild problems. Pretty poor but not the worst company I’ve heard stories off. Didn’t put our deposit in a proper scheme though or give us an up to date boiler document- since we got our deposit back I didn’t chase it. I didn’t trust them and wouldn’t look at renting with them again.

This is the worst agency I dealt with. They don’t answer any complaints when you have issues with your property. They don’t even talk to you with respect once they they give you the key and you end up headache. We rented a property 2 years before and till now they never dealt our issue straight. The worst part is when they said, “we are not gonna do nothing about that issue, if you wanna fix, fix fix your self, if you wanna move move” I will not recommend no one at all.

Landlords were recommending friends and family because they were happy with the service provided by zuplex . They are a friendly and honest team and I would recommend zuplex to all landlords
