Property Ladder Paignton reviews

While in the urgent and stressful process of finding housing in the Paignton area I was having great difficulty finding anywhere suitable and available- until I was lucky enough to find this property. I enquired about duration of stay as it was only a 6 month contract I required and I was informed it was a 12 month as the landlady was firm on this, I left the conversation (which was handled fantastically) and began the search again defeated and in vain, that was until early the next day when I received a surprise call to inform me that they had discussed term length with the landlord and agreed to organise a 6 month contract and allow my canine companion to stay with me as well, I did not formally ask for them to do this they simply did and I couldn't have been more taken back by the outstanding service that they had no obligation or ask to do, especially with my dog as I was in the process of finding him somewhere to stay without me which was causing me great emotional pain in a already difficult time. I have lived out of rental accommodation for a number of years now and found this situation quite daunting financially and logistically but the team at Property Ladder Devon have made the whole situation so much easier and dare I say, enjoyable! I am excited to be a tennet again knowing I am in good hands. A final note I also received a wonderful hamper when I collected my keys, I have never had one of these in my entire renting history and thought It very sweet. I think going above the expected is what is expected with this team!

Gave them a tough challenge - selling a static caravan in a falling market - but they rose to that challenge and secured a sale. Thank you!

The Trusted Agent

Professional, listening and responding to needs, friendly and intuitive

Although I haven't found the property I am now purchasing through Property Ladder, the dealings I had with Zoe were excellent. She provided me with a lot of local knowledge, showed me a flat (using her judgement, viewing was not pre-booked, she thought about what I wanted during her short break at the office) which I would not have otherwise have viewed, showed patience when I wanted to view other properties in the area on a later date and had it not been for the fact that I decided 'allocated parking' was a must, then quite possibly, would have purchased the flat she had 'chosen'. All correspondence via email was dealt with quickly and efficiently and Zoe understood my needs. Always friendly, polite and very observant. (including noticing the change in my body language when viewing a flat which felt far too dark and claustrophobic!) If I had purchased a property through Property Ladder, I feel sure that Zoe would have 'been there' for me throughout the process.
