We rented a property and these were the estate agent that the landlord used. They were great in every respects so helpful whenever we had an issue. Always got back to us quickly and were flexible when arranging times for property inspection. They were also really helpful when it was time for us to move. I would highly recommend.

We have recently sold our house through Property Ladder. We have nothing but praise for all the team. We dealt with Steve and Dan mainly who made the whole experience from start to finish so easy. Nothing was ever too much for any of the team, they went above and beyond our expectations. They did much more then we expected from an agent to do. We would certainly use them again and advise anyone thinking of moving to use Property Ladder for a professional, honest and hard working company with a great team. Thank you. I have just moved into my new home and I must say that Property Ladder have been brilliant, even more so during these challenging times. Special thanks to Sandi, who accompanied me on several viewings. Nothing was too much trouble and she worked past her finish time on two occasions. She also has lots of useful advice, thanks Sandi. Also thanks to Steve for putting a new lock on the garage door and picking up paperwork to speed the process.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Excellent service from first viewing right through to completion. Always available for advice and information as well as handling queries raised from local searches etc. Steve and his team are willing to go the extra mile to help conclude the process, and I must say a very big "Thank You" to Sandra, who I am led to believe may be his younger sister!! Excellent service received. Steve and his team are really proactive and efficient. They kept me informed through the process, keeping the momentum going to ensure things moved as swiftly as possible. I particularly liked the approachable and personal service. The office is very spacious and welcoming, and it was good to be able to go and discuss things face to face, in these uncertain times. They would definitely be my first choice to use again.

I went to Property Ladder, Paignton, for help to sell my late fathers house and also to purchase a suitable property for my brother. The team were amazing, especially Dominique, and he most certainly went the extra mile for us. They were professional, courteous, extremely helpful and very positive throughout the whole ordeal. My brother was particularly stressed at times and regularly turned to Dominique for advice who was always kind and supportive. I would have no hesitation in recommending this team of estate agents to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
