Honestly from step one these guys have been amazing! I worked with Sandi who was absolutely lovely and helpful with flexible viewings and great communication throughout which made my first time buyer experience as stress free as I could ever imagine it being. Steve and everyone in the office were wonderful and also made the viewing and purchasing experience smooth and straightforward. I would highly recommend you to use this estate agent as really, buying a house first seemed like a nightmare to me; now it was so much less of a pain. Thank you!!

I have used many Estate Agents to sell property over the years, and on each occasion, I have been left disappointed. After wasting two years with two Torquay nationwide agents. That had no interest, no updates, didn't return calls, I even found my flat had been shown online as SSTC when it wasn't. Everything was to much trouble. They even asked me to reduce the price and still nothing. Totally lazy. I decided to change and rang Property Ladder. What can we say about Steve, Alfie ,Chelsea and the team that hasn’t already been said. They were professional from start to finish. Our home was priced in the right bracket sale board was put up straight away and our home was sold in a week. All viewing done by them and all appointments were confirmed. We brought our new home through them also and nothing was to much trouble. Even now everything is completed we can still ring for information builders , plumber’s gardeners as Steve has a vast knowledge of who is good and reliable.
