GoogleWent to view a property was told to climb over a gate to get access to view the property. Then proceeded to advise he had no information what so ever to provide about the property - instead walked away with a back injury - never againNegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
Agent replied
We are sorry about that but to be fair the vendor locked the low gate and didn’t tell us or give us a key. We gave you the option to rebook but you wanted to view. The information you required was to do with holiday letting prices which we don’t do so we gave you an indication which we would have confirmed later with owners for had you been interested. Apologies again and we wish you luck in your search
