GoogleOnce again Steve has come to my rescue🙂As a landlord 250 miles away from my property i would find it so difficult to manage the big things that pop up let alone the small the small things. One quick email to Steve and i can park the problem knowing that he will deal with it in the fast efficient way he always does.Getting the job done and sorting any contractors that are needed .All invoices fully broken down and knowing that i get the best work and prices that he can secure enables me to be stress free.Thankyou Steve and your great team.
Jeanette its been a pleasure thanks for your kind words. Steve , Chelsea & Helen :-)

GoogleMy girlfriend and I recently moved into our first house together last week with Property Ladder, and I can’t speak more highly enough of the team - Steve & Michael in particular were amazing with us. We hadn’t done this before, but they made the process feel so incredibly easy from start to finish. Nothing was ever too much for them, they were always happy to meet us and answer our endless list of queries as quick as a flash. They even took the time out to recommend us a brilliant solicitor to help us through the process, who were also fantastic every step of the way. I couldn’t praise Property Ladder Devon highly enough if I tried, and would recommend anyone and everyone to use their service - thank you very much, we are so grateful for all of your kind support and advice throughout everything. It’s been a pleasure!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleOver the past years we have used different Estate Agents and used Property Ladder on the last two occasions,....We cannot praise the staff and Stephen Baker enough! Stephen and his staff not only do their best to sell your property, but it does not stop there!! Stephen helps take the stress out of selling from filling in all paperwork that’s required and answering all the solicitors questions and stays in contact with you right up till the actual completion day! We have recommended property Ladder to our friends and relations and to anyone looking to sell their homes.
I am always pleased to help you and your lovely family (human and furry) move home! Wishing you every happiness in your new location. Steve and The Property Ladder Team (human and furry lol)
