The Trusted AgentGreat service and good ethics too.
Our recent purchase was pain free and very professional. The whole Absolute team that dealt with us were genuine, called back when they said they would and went above and beyond. They coped with a very difficult situation and made the transition as smooth as possible for everyone concerned. We felt valued by them as individuals, which is a rarity these days. We are now thrilled with our new home, thank you all.

The Trusted AgentBest Staff Help Ever !
Tonight I've locked myself out of my flat and no means of getting back into my home. Ive rung absolute who directed me through to the correct people where Lydia has gone the extra mile by comming in her own time from the gym to pass me some emergency keys to get back into my property! I really can say Absolute are the best!! Very friendly, caring & helpful! Sam

The Trusted AgentProperty Sale
We found Absolute to be both diligent and professional in all aspects of the sale of our home. We would highlight their communications and we were informed of every development in our sale. The photographs were prepared with great care to optimise the presentation of our home and we found the video most useful. Most important however were the staff at Ilsham Road who were very supportive, friendly and professional.

The Trusted AgentEfficient & Helpful
There are many estate agents in the market place. Do they all deliver on their promises? We have had dealings with a number over the years. Some leave you really frustrated with their lack of communication and their lack of efficiency.. Absolute have been efficient & helpful. throughout the purchasing procedure. They continue to be helpful even months after the process has been completed. They get our full recommendation.

The Trusted AgentStill early days, but impressed with the professionalism of the sales team
Still early days, but impressed with the professionalism of the sales team. We had Matheu do a valuation of our two properties. We have now listed them with Absolute and have been very pleased with the service so far!

The Trusted AgentSurpassed all our expectations throughout the sale.
It was not an easy property to sell, but the honest, plain talking way it was marketed, the potential shown and the viewings handled secured the sale. The follow up by the whole team was exceptional all the time both to seller and buyer. We were constantly kept informed of developments. The number of viewings exceeded our hopes. Could not recommend this agent any more highly. In short Absolutely brilliant.

FacebookI cannot reccomend the girls at the paignton branch for lettings enough. I am 7 months pregnant and just moved and from start to finish they could not of been more helpful and supportive to us. They have taken all the pressure off and I could not be more thankful. GoogleVery disorganised, wrong information sent to wrong person, no one knows what's going on. Avoid.
Agent replied
We don't believe that we are disorganised, nor that we sent wrong information to the wrong person, and that we don't know what's going on. Perhaps you could contact me to explain in more detail so that we can try to put things right? I really wish people had to talk to the companies concerned first before they were able to put reviews online, it's all to easy to be a keyboard warrior! Simon Fisher Founding Director

GoogleNever replied to my enquiry, So apparently by your reply it is ok to leave people not knowing ?? bad customer service i call it !!
Agent replied
I have located your enquiry from last week, we had in excess of 20 enquiries for this property, we initially booked 5 viewings in for it and had several people wanting to take it. Demand is currently at record levels so it is not always possible to respond quick enough before properties get let or to try multiple times to get hold of potential tenants. Our landlord is very pleased that we secured a suitable tenant for them very quickly and efficiently. UPDATE: The difficult times we are in are causing changes in most businesses. We have to prioritise our time in dealing with properties that we have available to let not those we have already let. We do try hard to get back to everyone though. #bekind

The Trusted AgentFirst class service
We approached Absolute back in June to sell our lovely cottage in Brixham. The details & photographs produced to market the property were excellent. We have recently exchanged contracts & I would like to extend our thanks to everyone at Absolute with a special mention for George, Chris & Kim. First class service all round! Thank you.
