Appalling communications through out the rental of my property. They also sanctioned work to go ahead on my house without my approval or permission, and had the audacity to invoice me. Rather than except their mistake they have refused to settle the bill with the contractor and are still chasing me. All landlords avoid !

As you can imagine, selling and buying a house is very stressful. However, Darren put our mind at rest during the valuation process, and helped us fully understand the process of selling our home. So much so, it was sold for the full asking price, after the first viewing within 48 hours of going on the market. We were then kept in the loop of future properties coming to market, and subsequently purchased our new home with the guidance of Frank who was a pleasure throughout, again through Absolute. In doing so, Kim the sales progressor was able to keep a guided eye and watch on the relevant sales, and was then able ensure the transaction was managed correctly when certain issues arose within the chain. It is very refreshing to see a local independent Estate Agent taking pride in their service, and providing a proactive and efficient service throughout. Fantastic estate agents

We used Absolute to sell our home and we are currently registered with them searching for a rental property. They are an excellent estate agent and a refreshing change from other agents we have used in the past! Nothing is ever too much trouble they really do provide excellent customer service! Over and above their remit. They always respond to queries no matter what time of day or night! This is a real bonus to us as we are both working professionals. They have even contacted other estate agents for us on our behalf as we have struggled to find a rental home! The sale of our home was very smooth and quick!!
