We were sold a property that was supposed to be the highest technology with intranet, internet etc. Turns out we bought an apartment in a defective building, with bad quality ineffective building materials! The building is a fire risk and Countryside don’t give a damn. Very disreputable company, we feel very let down. Best advice...... never buy from them.

Countryside built the apartment i own using dangerous flammable cladding. Myself and my fellow neighbours (owners) are now having to raise £1.5 million pounds between us to fund the removal and replacement of this dangerous cladding. A host of other building contractors have stepped forward and paid for this work to be done themselves were has Countryside not.

Second owner of a property, which is less than ten years old. Notices a few defects arise. Unfortunately, it is pass the defect period and they won't do anything. Just be aware even if everything is fine at first or for the first few years their poor workmanship and materials can come back to haunt you.

Unlike Tailor Wimpey (BBC NEWS), who promise to fix any firetrap building not covered by the Government bailout, Countryside washed their hands of the issue. By failing to do the right thing, they continue to leave their customers facing debt. How the leaders of this company are behaving speaks volumes.
