Bought an apartment in salford quays managed by countryside. Now cladding deemed unsafe by government rules and they do not want to pay or contribute to fix it. They want leaseholders to pay for cladding that the buildings installed themselves! Unacceptable.

Absolutely disgusting the mess made fitting sewers for new properties. Couldn't access my property for 2 days. Cars, windows filthy. Disabled residents no direct access to their property. Customer service non existant.

Not impressed at all - we were promised that we could buy our leasehold - but they sold it on without our knowledge - now we have an onerous doubling ground rent!

We aim to deliver both high-quality homes and a positive customer experience, so it is disappointing to read that your expectations were not met in several areas, including the condition of the property upon move-in, the garden works, and the handling of subsequent concerns. We understand how important it is that agreed works, such as cleaning, landscaping, and installation services, are completed prior to a customer moving in, and we regret that this appears not to have been the case. We also take concerns regarding mould and safety within the property very seriously, and we are sorry that you felt your concerns were not handled appropriately or with the level of support you needed at the time. We appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention, including the issue in the garden that resulted in an accident, and we apologise that you had to pursue this more than once before it was resolved. Your feedback highlights areas where we need to improve, particularly around communication, aftercare, and delivering on commitments. This is not the standard of service we strive to provide.
