Very disappointing purchase at Rochester Riverside. Leaking roof and stain on front of house, very creaky floorboards and chip on window pane. Slow responses and poor inconsistent follow up. I would not recommend.

This developer is a disgrace for washing their hands of a development they build only 5 years ago. It has failed an ESW1 fire safety check and flat owners now face bills into thousands of pounds to make the building safe and to even be able to remortgage! Buyer beware

Nice glossy brochures.. But it basically stop there. From fleecing buyers with abusive doubling ground rent, and refusing to remediate to the situation untill pushed hard by owners, councils, public opinion, to not owning to their mistake when faced with non fire safety compliant cladding... Avoid.

I own a countryside property (flat) in Manchester, and the cladding has been deemed unsafe for use. Countryside has decided it is not their problem that lives are at risk in their propertie and have stuck residents with the bill. Bad ethics from a bad company.

Bought my beautiful home 6 years ago, never were we told about the doubling ground rent, we are now trapped in a leasehold property which may even become unmortgageable! Mid-lead from the start!Mis-sold from the start! This is a leasehold scandal!!!Do your own research as we are now trapped!!

Please re-think before buying any new build home. We had a very lucky escape with this company!Thankfully we backed out of the agreement just in time but lost our £500 deposit, which I’d much rather lose than be in that sort of contract for life.
